The chef at Botildenborg guides us through the cooking so that everyone has time. Meanwhile, chef and their site manager Lena Friblick talk about sustainable food and tell us more about their city coaching.

We are then divided into break out rooms and eat together, just like when sitting at smaller tables.

We cook two courses, and we end up in different rooms at the dishes, and get a chance to talk to several network colleagues. We also get a presentation of this fantastic sustainability project from all aspects, and what they can offer us in our professional role in the form of conference rooms, food and activities. The event is expected to last until 19.00 together with Botildenborg, but those who want to hang on to the link and drink their wine together can do so.
